How much is shipping?
We base our rates on rates set by the US Postal Service, with a little rounding done so the math is easier. All shipping is a flat fee no matter how many things you order!
- United States: $3 for USPS First Class, $8.25 for USPS Priority Mail
- Canada: $12 for USPS First Class
- Mexico and Central America: $13 for USPS First Class
- EU and UK: $15 for USPS First Class
- Everywhere Else: $17 for USPS First Class
How long will it take for me to get my order?
Unless otherwise specified in the item description, we usually ship orders within 3 days it's placed. We use USPS First Class package shipping service, which normally takes up to a week for a package to be delivered in the continental US, a little longer in Hawai'i and Alaska, and up to a couple months for locations outside the US. However, it's 2020 so we have a global pandemic happening, and the US government is in the process of dismantling US postal infrastructure for political gain. As of August 2020, US packages are taking up to 2 weeks for delivery and European packages are taking up to 3 months. Please keep this in mind when you order.
Is there a way to get my order faster?
For US orders, we offer the option of USPS Priority Mail. Even with the current apocalyptic whatever this is Priority Mail orders are still being delivered pretty darn quickly. However, do keep in mind that there's still processing time for an order.
For international orders, the next fastest options are about 3 to 5 times more expensive than USPS First Class International and aren't guaranteed to be faster. If you really, really, really need something fast and are willing to pay over $100 USD for shipping, we can do something like UPS or FedEx overnight or two day international shipping. If you want to do that, just send us a note.
Where are you based and where do you ship from?
We are located in Redmond, WA, USA. All our orders are shipped out from the East King County Distribution Center in Redmond, WA.
Can I cancel my order?
If you haven't received a shipping notification yet, yes. Just let us know via the contact form.
If you already got a shipping notification, then it's too late. :(
Can I return or exchange something?
Sorry, we can't do returns or exchanges on items. However, if something you ordered arrived broken, let us know!
