How much is shipping?
We have three different kinds of shipping:
Everything Except Stickers and Clothing:
- United States: $5
- United States: Free Shipping
- United States: $5 for first item, $1.50 extra for each additional
- Everywhere Else: Not Available
Please note that the three categories of shipping are calculated separately! If you order two skirts and three pins for delivery in the US, then you will pay $5 for the first skirt, $1.50 for the second, and then $4 for the pins for a total of $10.50 in shipping. This is because clothing is fulfilled by Printful and they ship all their stuff separately and charge me that shipping, and then I also pay shipping on the stuff I send you from my own inventory.
Shipping Restrictions:
We can't ship to the UK for VAT compliance reasons, Germany for new packaging law reasons, and the rest of the EU because of the GPSR. It would take hundreds to thousands of dollars to comply with those laws and as a very small businesswe just can't do that.
I am suspending all non-US shipping because of tariffs and trade wars I'll try to reopen non-EU/UK shipping up when I can.
How long will it take for me to get my order?
Because this is my side gig I can't promise to ship things ASAP but will try to get to it as soon as I can! Things normally should ship in a week or two.
Where are you based and where do you ship from?
We are located in Seattle, WA, USA. All our orders are shipped out in Seattle.
Can I cancel my order?
If you haven't received a shipping notification yet, yes. Just let us know via the contact form.
If you already got a shipping notification, then it's too late. :(
Can I return or exchange something?
Sorry, we can't do returns or exchanges on items. However, if something you ordered arrived broken, let us know!
